• Kayaks must be paid for in full before boats are taken, a deposit or credit card will be required to rent a kayak

• All participants will be required to sign our waiver and release form, provide emergency contact information, and a form of ID

• Float bags are required (Must provide your own)

• Please don’t drag boats

• Equipment must be brought back clean

• Renter is liable for kayak from the time received to the time returned

• Notify Boofsessions if the boat needs repairs or parts

• Urcusiqui, Papallacta, and low flow Upper Jondachi are forbidden for rented kayaks

• As the renter you are liable for any repair, devaluation or replacement of any damaged or missing parts.

• Non-negotiable fees will be applied to any cracked or broken boats.

• Drain plug replacement $20

Kayak paddle- $15 per day

*Renters are liable to replace or pay for broken or lost paddles.
